This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information for the app "On A Roll 3D", which will hereafter be referred to as the "app" and which we have created as a commercial app on the iOS App Store. Here at Battenberg Software we take personal privacy very seriously. If you choose to use this app then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

  • Personal Information We Collect
    At Battenberg Software we do not collect any personal information from you while you are using this app.
  • Personal Information Collected by Third Parties
    We use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. This app optionally integrates with iOS Game Center. If you choose to use Game Center, the app will award achievements and post leaderboard scores on your behalf using your Game Center ID. This information stays within the app and the Game Center servers - we do not use or collect it in any way. We advise that you review Apple's Game Center Terms and Conditions for more information on how they use your personal information.
Anonymous Information
When you use our app, we do not collect any anonymous information. We do however use a third party service that collects anonymous information for the purposes of analytics and error logging - namely Unity Services. We advise that you review Unity's Privacy Policy for more information.
  • Analytics
    We use analytics via Unity Services to log when the game is played so we know how many active users of the app we have. We do not personally identify users this way.
  • Error Logging
    If an error occurs in the game, we use Unity Services to report details on that error to allow us to fix it in a future version to improve the app. The data recorded includes the type of device you are using, the operating system version, details of the CPU and graphics card, if present, and the details of the error itself. None of this data identifies you personally, and we do not use it for anything other than fixing the error. We may store a temporary copy of the data on our servers in order to pursue a fix offline. Once the data is no longer required, we delete everything both from our servers and from Unity Services.
This app uses in-app purchases. Both Apple and Unity Services log when a purchase takes place, and we keep track of these for totalling our revenue share. We are not given any personal information to identify you as the purchaser. We advise that you review Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.
Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Therefore you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
